MERCEDES-BENZ BRAZIL WINS 500-BUS AFRICAN EXPORT ORDER By: Fabian Cotter Date: 09.08.2018 Tweet send to a friend IN WHAT MARKS its largest order in the past 10 years, the Mercedes-Benz factory in Brazil has announced a huge order of 500 locally built buses to the West African nation of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, it’s reported recently. Roberto Leoncini, vice president of Sales and Marketing Trucks and Buses of Mercedes-Benz do Brasil stands proudly outside one of the 500 export buses. According to Mercedes-Benz do Brazil, the first 200 of the total 500 buses will be exported as soon as the end of August, 2018, and will be operated on the streets in Lagos, Nigeria's largest city.
