The Queen visits Salisbury - 1st May Date: 26 Apr 2012 The Queen is visiting Salisbury on 1st May and as a result there will be some diversions on our buses as follows: From 1115 until 1445 buses will be unable to serve Station Approach, Fisherton Street, High Street, New Canal or Exeter Street (Exeter Street inbound only). Buses coming into the City from the south will use Churchill Way and Bourne Hill to get to the Bus Station Buses from Wilton Road or Devizes Road to use Churchill Way and Castle Street to get to Blue Boar Row and the Bus Station Stonehenge Tour buses at 1200, 1300 & 1400 will not be able to pick up at the Railway Station and will be running a revised route as follows: Depart from Bus Station at scheduled time, run via Castle Street, Churchill Way, Devizes Road (pick up/drop of at Gas Lane bus stop), Ashley Road, Castle Road to resume the normal route.
