Stop, revive, survive this school holidays at 41 Driver Reviver sites around NSW

There will be 41 Driver Reviver sites operating across NSW in the upcoming school holiday period from 29 June until 15 July to help drivers avoid fatigue. Acting General Manager of the Centre for Road Safety, Margaret Prendergast said Transport for NSW supports Driver Reviver as a practical community-based program to help reduce driver fatigue. “Driver Reviver has been helping to save lives during peak holiday periods for the past 26 years and about half a million people stop at Driver Reviver sites in NSW each year,” Margaret Prendergast said. “The stops offer toilet facilities, shade, seating, water and some offer games, baby change tables and pet bowls. “Driver fatigue remains a significant cause of death and serious injury on NSW roads. “I strongly encourage motorists to plan their trip, allow additional travel time and to stop and take a break.” During peak holiday pe...
