Metro and Leeds City Council are working in partnership to develop a Trolleybus rapid transit system for Leeds known as NGT (New Generation Transport). The project represents a major investment of £250m in the City of Leeds. NGT will provide a high quality transport system that will help support Leeds’ economy and improve the local environment by combating congestion. It aims, along with other transport and public transport measures, to provide a step change in the way public transport operates within the City. We require two Projects Assistants to help support the successful delivery of the innovative NGT Trolleybus project, which is scheduled for opening in late 2018.
