Please note from 30 August 2015 service X80 will no longer operate.

Arriva Midlands monitors its bus services at regular intervals, recent monitoring has highlighted a significant decline in the number of customers travelling on service X80 to a level which can no longer be sustained on a commercial basis. We will therefore withdraw this service from 30 August 2015. Steve Smith, Area Manager for Leicester said: “X80 was introduced following requests from customers for a quick link between Loughborough and Leicester, unfortunately customer numbers have not reached a level where the service can be sustained.” “Our popular services 126 and 127 will continue to run and together provide buses up to every 10 minutes between Leicester, Birstall, Rothley, Mountsorrel, Quorndon, Loughborough and Shepshed daytime Monday to Saturday – some journeys continue to Coalville and there are evening and Sunday buses too.” “Arriva Midlands great range of mult...
