We are delighted to have won the Gold Award for Top City Operator and Putting Passengers First - with our 'Accessible Travel for Our City' programme - at the prestigious annual industry awards. The UK Bus Awards, celebrating its 20th year, recognises best practice in the bus industry and rewards those who deliver it across a range of areas associated with the operation, design and promotion of bus services. Winning the Gold Award for Top City Operator, we were applauded for the way we think and act local; work closely with city partners; engage with the community; invest in technology and engineering; and for our numerous initiatives on accessibility.
