Linlithgow operator used more vehicles than his licence was authorised for; TC disqualifies him from holding a licence for six years Linlithgow-based John Campbell has been disqualified from holding a PSV O-Licence for six years after his four-vehicle international licence was revoked by Traffic Commissioner (TC) Joan Aitken for operating more vehicles than he had licence authority for. In addition the TC disqualified him indefinitely from acting as a Transport Manager (TM). Mr Campbell, trading as Vision Travel, of Mill Road, Linlithgow Bridge, Linlithgow, had been called before the TC at an Edinburgh Public Inquiry (PI) at which the TC was also considering an application to increase the licence authorisation to 10 vehicles. He appeared at a previous PI in 2014 when his licence was cut from eight vehicles to four because of problems over drivers’ hours and vehicle mainten...
