trentbarton is appealing for help from the public, police and other authorities to end a series of acts of vandalism to buses in Hucknall. Windows have been shattered and bus panels damaged on the threes and connect in 16 attacks in the past six months – including six in January alone. Tom Morgan director of service delivery at trentbarton , said: “These reckless attacks are not only costly, they are dangerous. We as a company need support from the authorities and help from the community to identify who is responsible for these criminal acts and for them to be stopped.” Cherryl Holland, general manager at trentbarton's Sutton in Ashfield depot added: “These mindless acts mean our local customers are being inconvenienced, having to wait in cold and dark conditions whilst a replacement vehicle is dispatched to get them home, as well as all the other customers waiting at bus ...
